Air Mobility Command Passenger Terminal

The scope of work includes repairs to the existing two-story Air Mobility Command Passenger Terminal (AMC) located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, and renovations to the in-bound and out-bound passenger processing areas so that it will comply with current code and accessibility standards.

The facility serves approximately 100,000 passengers per year, and is also used for worldwide cargo & passenger delivery, air refueling, and aero medical evacuation.  The mission is to improve facility functions of this aging facility by increasing passenger capacity, upgrading mechanical & electrical systems, and complying with Anti Terrorism/Force Protection requirements.

MEH is responsible for equipment installation measurement and verification, conducting inspections to verify system performance, coordination between disciplines, testing, design reviews, submittal reviews, and assisting with the coordination of construction schedules.

The $20.5 million project is expected to be completed by March 2018
