A new art facility was created for the students of St. Andrew’s Priory to enjoy a newly renovated art classroom. The 1,000 Sq Ft facility was converted from an old wooden shower house to a new classroom/artistic space. Removal and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures and piping was necessary. MEH provided a combination of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to provide a cooler environment to learn in. Insulation was also added to the roof to reduce the heat gain into the building.
